Construction and quantitative evaluation of the index system for assessing the emergency response capability of high-rise building fire accidents
摘要
The rapid increase in both the number and height of urban high-rise buildings has led to an increasingly severe potential for fire hazards. In order to construct a set of high-rise building fire emergency response capability assessment index system, combined with the analytic hierarchy process to establish a percentage point deduction assessment criterion. The evaluation model of fire emergency response capability assessment of high-rise building is established based on multiple linear regression method and support vector regression machine method. The results show that, the index system for emergency response capability assessment of high-rise buildings can effectively realize the quantitative processing of indexes, and the prediction effect of the two models is close to each other, which are both applicable to the assessment of fire emergency response capability of high-rise buildings. A high-rise building in a city is selected as a research example, and the assessment index system and prediction model are used to assess and analyze, and the score of the fire emergency response capability assessment of the high-rise building is calculated to be 79.28, with an assessment grade of “qualified”, which verifies the applicability of the prediction model in practice.
