摘要

In studies aiming to enhance the efficiency of heat pipes, nanofluids with improved thermophysical properties are increasingly used instead of traditional fluids. This study's experimental setup included hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) and sheet-structured graphene nanoparticles at 1% and 2% concentrations, deionized water, and 0.5% volume of Triton X-100 as a surfactant in prepared nanofluids. The experiments examined the temperature on the heat pipe wall, efficiency, resistance changes, and heat conduction coefficients of the nanofluids. Conducted under vacuum conditions with varying cooling water flow rates and heating powers (200–300-400 W), the results were comparatively analyzed. The highest improvement in thermal resistance, 35.24%, was observed with a 2% graphene nanofluid concentration at a 5 g s-1 flow rate and 400 W heating power. Additionally, there was a 54.43% enhancement in the heat conduction coefficient of graphene nanofluid compared to deionized water under the same conditions.
