摘要

This study explores the synthesis and characterization of La0.6Ba0.1Ce0.3FeO3 perovskite, a compound known for its versatility in diverse technological applications. The perovskite was synthesized using the sol-gel method, and its structure, porosity, and morphology were examined through X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy analysis. Raman spectroscopy was employed to unravel the intricate structural and vibrational properties of the perovskite, providing insights into its electronic and phonon dynamics. Electronic and dielectric properties were studied using impedance spectroscopy at various temperatures and frequencies, revealing relaxation phenomena and mechanisms of conduction. The electrical conductivity was found to increase with temperature, indicating promising behavior for industrial applications. Our findings demonstrate that the prepared sample exhibits diverse properties, including electrical, dielectric, and optical characteristics, making it suitable for future industrial applications at room temperature.
