摘要

A tropical wood reference material was developed for use in analytical quality control of trace element determination in wood and similar matrices. Thirty elements were quantified by neutron activation analysis and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Reference values were assigned for 24 elements, including B, Ba, Br, Ca, Cr, Cs, Cu, Er, Eu, Fe, Gd, K, Mg, Mn, Mo, P, Pb, Rb, Sm, Sr, Ta, Tb, V and W. The within-bottle and between-bottles homogeneity tests showed no statistically significant differences for these elements, demonstrating the suitability of the material for use in multi-element analysis to support geographical identification of wood in traceability studies.
