摘要

Perovskite oxides SrTiO3 (STO) doped with 1 at % 57Fe and small amounts of Sn at the Ti sites were prepared by thermal decomposition of a mixed metal complex. The co-doped STO were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, magnetometry, and 57Fe Mössbauer spectrometry. At first glance, the room temperature Mössbauer spectra consist of two paramagnetic components and a magnetic relaxation component. However, it is found that low temperature Mössbauer spectra show two magnetic relaxation components with about 50 T and 20 T in addition to two paramagnetic peaks. Temperature dependency of the magnetization curve showed an unusual behavior. It is considered that clusters with oxygen vacancy, two Fe3+ atoms, and/or two Sn4+ atoms in unit cell were formed, leading to long-range magnetic ordering through the clusters.
