摘要

The migration of U(VI) in groundwater environment is influenced by hydrochemical environment and water-bearing medium. In this study, column experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of quartz sand particle-size and U(VI) concentration in the U(VI)-HA system. It was found that the migration rate of U(VI) in coarse sand (0.25 ~ 0.5 mm) was faster than that in fine sand (0.075 ~ 0.25 mm) and medium sand (0.5-2 mm) in individual U(VI), because of the smaller specific surface area of coarse sand. With the increase of sand size and the U(VI) concentration, the migration rate of U(VI) increases faster and the maximum outflow ratio (C/C0) adds. The migration of HA in quartz sand column was little affected by sand size. HA is a weakly acidic colloid with negative charge, and the surface of quartz sand also carries negative charge. The mutual electrostatic repulsion counteracts the influence degree of sand particle-size. HA (50 mg/L) promotes U(VI) migration in the U(VI)-HA system, while the influence of sand size and the U(VI) concentration on the U(VI) migration is weakened. The main reason are the competitive adsorption between HA and sand surface and the formation of U(VI)-HA complex.
