Progress of dispersion polymerization in recent 15 years
摘要
Dispersion polymerization is a special type of precipitation polymerization, which is widely used in the synthesis of sub-micron and micron monodisperse polymer microsphere materials. Recently, our research focus has focused on the use of dispersion polymerization technology to replace the cumbersome two-step seed swelling method, aiming to efficiently prepare olefin catalyst supports to solve the practical problems of scale-up synthesis of our supports. To this end, we comprehensively and systematically reviewed the dispersion polymerization technology. In this article, we have focused on the progress of dispersion polymerization technology over the past fifteen years, providing a comprehensive review from the aspects of dispersion polymerization mechanisms, formulations (including monomers, initiators, stabilizers and solvents), and implementation strategies (two-stage dispersion polymerization strategies). This research can provide a reference for researchers in this field, help them further understand the dispersed set, systematically understand the research trends of the past 15 years, and develop new ideas for dispersive aggregation research.
