摘要

This research investigates the tribological and corrosion properties of a composite material integrated with SiO2 and lignin. The study demonstrates that incorporating these fillers significantly enhances the structural integrity of the composite, leading to improved resistance to friction and wear. The optimal wear resistance was observed with the addition of 3 wt% SiO2, while the smoothest surface finish was achieved through a combination of 1 wt% lignin and 1 wt% SiO2. In electrochemical analyses, particularly the potential polarization curve tests, the composite film exhibited a 99.3% reduction in corrosion current, and a 1.029 V increase in corrosion potential compared to pure PMMA, indicating a significantly slower corrosion rate and enhanced resilience of the film in corrosive environments.
