<p>We propose an analytic method for solving a dynamic 3D problem of propagation of elastic waves in an infinite layer subjected to instantaneous concentrated vertical force impact <i>Q</i> on its surface, which is reduced to solving a system of two ordinary linear differential equations of the second order.</p>

摘要
