Vibration Thermoelasticity of a Preheated Circular Plate

We study the problem of transverse oscillations of a circular plate preloaded in its plane as a result of heating. The analytic solutions of the problem of thermoelasticity are constructed for various versions of boundary conditions on the external contour of a circular plate. We derive the frequency equations for transverse oscillations of a plate prestressed as a result of its homogeneous heating. The influence of temperature on the vibration characteristics of a circular plate is analyzed. With the help of computational experiments, we investigate the problem of determination of the eigenfrequencies of vibration of a preheated circular plate with radial dependence of temperature according to the theory of plates and in the three-dimensional statement.
