<p>We systematically present the construction proposed by V.&#xa0;M.&#xa0;Millionshchikov, which allows, given a&#xa0;characteristic of the growth of solutions to a&#xa0;linear system, to obtain a&#xa0;set of additional characteristics each of which is responsible for the behavior of subspaces of solutions of the respective dimension. We establish a&#xa0;sufficient condition for these characteristics to belong to the second Baire class in the compact-open topology on the space of linear systems.</p>

摘要

We systematically present the construction proposed by V. M. Millionshchikov, which allows, given a characteristic of the growth of solutions to a linear system, to obtain a set of additional characteristics each of which is responsible for the behavior of subspaces of solutions of the respective dimension. We establish a sufficient condition for these characteristics to belong to the second Baire class in the compact-open topology on the space of linear systems.
