Asymptotic Behavior of the Fourier–Stieltjes Transform of the Distribution of One Random Power Series

We study asymptotic characteristics of the Fourier–Stieltjes transform of the distribution of a random variable with independent s-adic digits. Necessary and sufficient conditions are established for the equality to zero of the upper bound of the modulus of the corresponding Fourier–Stieltjes transform at infinity.
