Graphene Oxide Supported Crystal Growth of ZIF-8@ZIF-67 for Enhanced Antibacterial Performance
摘要
ZIF-8@ZIF-67 is a new type of antibacterial material which is effective for good antibacterial function of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The outer membrane of bacteria is considered to be one of the most acquired reasons and path of antibiotic resistances. In this work, GO supported crystal growth of ZIF-8@ZIF-67 were compounded by two steps way to gain a new antibacterial agent. The synergism of GO and ZIF-8@ZIF-67 can effectively promote antibacterial effect have the highest antibacterial activity, its inhibitory rate (in 1 h) of E. coli and S. aureus are 75.0% and 79.5%, respectively. The outer membrane of bacterial cell could be cut by GO, and it also leads to achieve antibacterial effect in 1 h of rupture and leakage of internal nucleic acid and protein.
