Intensification of Heat Transfer in a Channel with an Inclined Groove by Injecting a Gas Jet Into a Swirling Air Flow
摘要
The intensification of separated air flow and heat transfer in a plane-parallel channel with an inclined groove on its heated isothermal wall by injecting a gas jet into the center of the groove bottom is considered. At moderate and high injection flow rates on the order of 0.07–0.1%, the swirling air flow reaches the end part of the groove and causes an increase in the relative local heat transfer in its midsection up to 1.6–2.8 compared to a plane-parallel channel, while the total relative heat transfer from the channel section bounded by the groove contour reaches 1.4.
