Parametric Design of Thermal Moisture Transducers for Liquid Materials

The problem of parametric design of thermal moisture transducers for liquid materials is considered. Particular attention is paid to mathematical modeling of the relationship between input and output signals when measuring moisture using thermal transducers. Recommendations for ensuring the linearity of the transducer's static characteristic are mathematically formulated. The calculation and selection of optimal parameters for thermal moisture transducers for liquid materials were carried out according to the developed algorithm. A block diagram of the algorithm for optimizing thermal transducers for moisture measurement is proposed.
