摘要

Mathematical modeling of droplet evaporation in a spray under nonequilibrium and equilibrium phase transition conditions, accounting for the presence of many other droplets in the spray, is performed using the example of an n-heptane droplet evaporating in an air atmosphere for the case where the liquid constitutes less than 1% of the total volume (dilute spray). Analytical formulas are obtained for determining the droplet mass evaporation rate in two formulations: assuming constant volume of the gas surrounding the droplet and assuming its constant pressure. It is shown that with an increase in the volumetric content of liquid in the aerosol, the influence of nonequilibrium effects on the droplet evaporation process intensifies, while the droplet lifetime increases with an increase in the concentration of liquid component vapor in the aerosol.
