Numerical and Experimental Investigations of the Joule–Thomson Coefficient for Water and Oil in Throttling Experiments on a Setup
摘要
Methods for determining the Joule–Thomson coefficient separately for water and oil under varying pressure and temperature conditions in the system are considered. It is shown that this coefficient depends weakly on pressure. A special setup was used for the experimental determination of the Joule–Thomson coefficient — a hydrodynamic stand with a throttle element and temperature sensors installed in the latter.
