Process of Drying Porous Materials on High-Intensity Acoustic Impact
摘要
The article presents an overview of the methods and techniques for drying porous materials. A historical overview of the acoustic-convective method for drying porous materials using high-intensity acoustic waves, proposed at the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, is provided. The article presents the results of experimental studies into the mechanism of moisture migration in capillary-porous and model samples. Mathematical models are presented to describe the processes of convective and acoustic-convective drying of porous materials. A review of experimental and theoretical works on various methods of moistening and drying porous, fibrous, and bulk materials is given. The influence of dried materials on the dynamics of acoustic-convective drying is analyzed and compared with convective, thermoconvective, thermal and natural methods.
