<p>Single-case design is a research methodology commonly employed in fields such as school psychology, special education, and behavior analysis to evaluate the effect of an intervention on outcomes of interest. Visual analysis has been found to be one of the most common analytic strategies for single-case data. However, recent research has indicated that the manner in which a single-case graph is constructed may impact decisions made by visual analysts. The purpose of the present study was to systematically replicate previous findings regarding graph construction elements impact on visual analytic decisions. In particular, the study sought to determine if effects observed in previous studies which included researchers as participants would be observed with practicing school psychologists, with a total of 89 individuals participating in the study. Results of the study were consistent with previous research finding ordinate scaling and manipulation of the data points per x-to-y-axis ratio to impact decisions made by participants—providing additional support for the potential utility of standardization of single-case graph construction.</p>
