摘要

The authors of the title paper [1] report to have grown a bulk crystal of sarcosine-l-tartaric acid (SLT) by slow evaporation solution growth method and studied its structural, optical, and dielectric properties. In this letter to the Editor, many points of criticism concerning the growth and characterization of a so-called SLT crystal are described to prove that SLT is an improperly characterized material and the reported claims are unreliable.
