Anomalous magnetization reversal and superconducting transition in Bi2Sr2Ca1-x-yVyGdxCu2O8±δ nanocomposites
摘要
The structural properties and Raman phonon modes of Bi2Sr2Ca1-x-yVyGdxCu2O8±δ system showed the formation of the Bi-2212 phase with the co-existence of the Bi-2201 phase. The structural parameters were affected by the difference in the ionic radius between Gd3⁺ that replaces Ca2⁺ ions. The morphological studies exhibit the nanocrystals with a granular surface morphology with plate-like structure. A Field Cooled (FC) investigation exhibits the remarkable ferromagnetic behaviour in the low Gd (x = 0.05, 0.10) concentration confirmed from (M-T) and M-H hysteresis loop with the ability for the superconducting transition at (Tc = 84 and 80 K). With the increase in Gd concentration x = 0.15, the diamagnetic signal was achieved with (Tc = 83 K) for Bi-2212 phase. The achieved M-H hysteresis loops at 10, 40, 60 K showed the typical diamagnetic behaviour of superconducting phase of Bi-2212, where the critical current density (
