摘要

In this work, a high elasticity and wearable pressure sensor based on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) sponge was prepared by sugar template technology. The conductive fillers AgNWs and Ti3C2Tx MXene were attached to the inner wall of the PDMS sponge by ultrasonic soaking and drying processes. AgNWs/MXene/PDMS flexible pressure sensors were prepared by assembling the PDMS sponge with electrodes. AgNWs/MXene/PDMS pressure sensors can be stably cycled in the 10–50% strain interval. Good mechanical and sensor performance was maintained over 1000 cycles of testing at a pressure of 30 kPa. The sensors can be stable and effectively used for array testing and human motion monitoring, which shows great promise for applications in fields such as flexible electronics and wearable devices.
