<p>The dynamic phase transformation behavior of Ti-5Al-5Mo-5&#xa0;V-1Cr-1Fe alloy under thermomechanical coupling in the α + β phase field of 770 ~ 830&#xa0;°C was further studied. The studies have shown that the continuous dynamic recrystallization (CDRX) occurs inside a multitude of small rod-shaped α particles when the strain is lower than 1.0 at 770&#xa0;°C. It almost still follows Burgers orientation relationship (BOR), indicating that the epitaxial recrystallization occurs. The percentage of α phase deviating angle from the BOR in the range of 0 ~ 10° is more than 80%. When the strain increases to 1.3, there is an orientation gradient within the α grains precipitated along the β subgrain boundary and the serrated β grain boundary, and the BOR criterion is almost broken as the temperature increased to 830&#xa0;°C. In addition, it is found that the α phase gradually transforms from 50–60°/ &lt; -12–10 &gt; to 80–90°/ &lt; -12–10 &gt; stable twin variant type when the strain increased to 1.0 as the temperature increased to 830&#xa0;°C due to the variant selection of dynamic transformation. The interaction between dynamic transformation and DRX changes the type of α texture. The texture density of the (1 1 -2 0)[0 0 0 1]<sub>α</sub> phase transition texture is 14.83 when the strain increases to 1.3 at 770&#xa0;°C. The DRX degree of β increases, which promotes the CDRX of α with the increase of deformation temperature and strain. The recrystallization texture weakens the phase transformation texture of α. In addition, the formation ratio of the 12 variants is relatively random due to the influence of the variant selection effect.</p>
