The proposed workflow encompasses venous access, performing transseptal puncture, optimizing catheter positioning, lesion assessment and device deployment, using real-time 4D ICE image guidance. Key workflow steps include sufficient pulmonary vein isolation with PFA and proper LAAC device sizing and implantation.
