<p>The aim of this paper is to study (power; divisibility) annihilator <i>D</i>-saturated semigroups. We obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for an IC abundant semigroup (a superabundant semigroup; a completely 0-simple semigroup) to be power <i>D</i>-saturated. It is determined when a superabundant semigroup (a primitive abundant semigroup) is annihilator <i>D</i>-saturated. Also, we describe the structure of divisibility <i>D</i>-saturated semigroups.</p>
