Detecting Tourists’ Happiness at Outdoor Tourist Attractions Using a Generative AI-enabled Model
摘要
Since satisfied tourists show happiness, while dissatisfied tourists exhibit negative emotions, such as anger, using facial emotion recognition to predict tourist satisfaction is more effective than using the traditional human survey. To enhance the effectiveness of using facial emotion recognition, this research conducted two studies. Study 1 was to identify unexpected task-relevant noises at outdoor tourist attractions. Study 2 was to develop a generative AI-enabled model and find out the optimal settings to detect tourist happiness at outdoor tourist attractions. This study contributes to generative AI-enabled technologies for tourism by identifying unexpected task-relevant noises and establishing an optimal solution for a generative AI-enabled model, which can be used to detect tourist happiness at outdoor tourist attractions.
