摘要

By utilizing the concept of complex moduli and complex amplitude relations between field quantities, a simplified problem statement of forced stationary resonant vibrations and dissipative heating in a prestressed viscoelastic elastomeric square plate is presented. The dissipative function is derived and used as a heat source in the equation of stationary thermal conductivity to calculate the self-heating field of the plate under vibration frequencies close to resonance frequencies. The effect of in-plane normal prestresses on the amplitude-frequency response and temperature-frequency response of plate vibrations as well as maximum heating temperatures is investigated. Critical levels of external load amplitudes are determined.
