Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Asymmetric Sandwich Cylindrical Rocket Elements Under Combined Nonstationary Loads

This research has analyzed the dynamic characteristics of asymmetric sandwich cylindrical elements of rocket structures subjected to combined nonstationary loads. The influence of end loads induced by the engine, as well as internal impulsive distributed loads, on the asymmetric sandwich cylindrical shell elements of the rocket structure has been studied. Finite element modeling of the dynamics of asymmetric sandwich cylindrical elements with a discrete-symmetric lightweight rib-reinforced core under combined loads makes it possible to correctly predict the critical loads.
