<p>This study aimed to validate the Korean version of the Nonwork Orientations Scale for working adults in Korea. In Study 1 (<i>n</i> = 218), exploratory factor analysis indicated that the three-factor structure of the Korean version (family, personal, and community) was consistent with the original Nonwork Orientations Scale. In Study 2 (<i>n</i> = 356), confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the bifactor model was the best fit for the data. Convergent and concurrent validities were supported by positive correlations with proactive personality, protean career orientation, career satisfaction, and life satisfaction.</p>
