<p>The study concerns two-parameter deformed Dirac oscillator in 3-Minkowski space-time. We provide analytical results for energy spectrum and energy eigenvectors. Using the inverse eigenvalue problem, potential functions for non-relativistic quantum mechanics in order to model four examples are provided, which reproduce the first order quantum correction to energy spectrum up to a certain level. We also found out modified commutation relation between position and momentum that is induced by the <i>pq</i>-deformed algebra of creation and annihilation operators and commented on a possible application to model minimum length models in quantum gravity. Finally we also comment on an application area in the context of quantum computing via possible relation of our model to the two parameter deformed Jaynes-Cummings model.</p>
