Performance analysis of TENG and PENG devices based on zinc oxide nanorod structures
摘要
In today’s era, where energy demands are soaring, the harvesting of energy and its environmental ramifications have become the foremost global concern. Advances in microdevices and micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) are a strategy to tackle resource depletion due to their minimal power consumption. This study explored the fabrication and performance of ZnO nanorod-based nano-generators, focusing on how variations in synthesis conditions affect their energy harvesting capabilities. This study examines ZnO nanorod-based nanogenerators in piezoelectric (PENG) and triboelectric (TENG) modes, focusing on how seed layer time and growth duration during electrochemical deposition affect nanorod morphology and energy output. Three ZnO samples (A, B, and C) were fabricated and analyzed using SEM, Raman spectroscopy and electrical testing.
