摘要

This paper presents the key principles of using digital twins to simultaneously address multiple objectives, including refining operational parameters based on measurements; detecting instrument faults; assessing the technical condition of major equipment; and evaluating the efficiency (economic performance) of operational modes. A simplified model of an extraction turbine was developed for the digital twin prototype. The distinguishing feature of this model is its implementation of an equivalent turbine scheme with heat exchangers, which integrates statistical dependencies of certain operational parameters with equations representing idealized physical processes. In addition, the problem is formalized using a mixed-integer linear program. Initial testing results are described, along with future development prospects.
