Development of Devices for High-Voltage Diagnostics of 6 – 10 kV Power Cable Lines
摘要
The article presents the main results related to the development of an electrical diagnostic device for insulating materials of power cable lines with an operating voltage of 6 – 10 kV. The proposed device generates a test voltage of a very low frequency of 0.1 Hz 30 kV (VLF) and a rectified voltage of negative polarity, adjustable from 0 to 60 kV, which makes it possible to assess the technical condition of various types of insulation of high-voltage cable lines, for example, made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and identify three types or check cables with impregnated with insulation. The developed device is applicable for distribution electric networks of 6 – 10 kV, has high mobility and low weight and dimensions, weight does not exceed 20 kg, length 456 mm, width 363 mm, height 181 mm. Maximum leakage current of 50 mA, the ability to work from voltage sources of 12 V additionally increases the mobility of the device, the presence of a remote the wireless control unit reduces the likelihood of electrical injury during a high-voltage test. The developed device is aimed at improving the reliability of the electric grid complex by reducing insulation failures during the transit of electric energy through cable lines in 6 – 10 kV distribution networks.
