Health technology adoption model for big data integration in hospitals: a systematic approach in the era of health 4.0
摘要
The research addresses the challenges of adopting emerging technologies, such as Big Data, in hospitals, where complexity and rapid evolution hinder integration. A global framework was developed that combines existing theoretical models with factors specific to the healthcare environment, considering technical, organizational, ethical and social aspects. The results demonstrated that this framework effectively guides the adoption process, providing clear stages that improve the readiness of hospital systems and optimize operational efficiency and patient outcomes. This practical approach offers a structured solution that can be key for administrators and policymakers in optimizing new technologies in health.
