<p>Ovarian cancer is a highly lethal malignancy of the female reproductive system, characterized by a poor prognosis and complex therapeutic challenges influenced by various molecular and microenvironmental factors. Among these, mutations in the <i>BRAF</i> gene have received increasing attention across multiple malignancies due to their involvement in oncogenic signaling pathways and implications for targeted therapy. Concurrently, the tumor immune microenvironment has been recognized as a critical determinant in the initiation and progression of tumors. Among these, mutations in the BRAF gene have received increasing attention across multiple malignancies due to their involvement in oncogenic signaling pathways and implications for targeted therapy.
