The ability of small enterprises to innovate in sustainable technology is significantly influenced by digital financing. As pollution levels increase and local governments enhance their efficiency, favorable ecological conditions are developing as a catalyst for the development of green technology. The synergy of green ecological conditions and collaborative efforts between industry and non-state economic growth enhances technological innovation. More distributed environmental management systems are accelerating the proliferation of eco-friendly technologies. Priorities must include enhancing central oversight of environmental protection and improving the legal framework for ecological decentralized operation.</p>
