<p>This study aims to comprehensively analyze the impact of biosafety publicity slogans in T County, M City, L Province, China on audience cognition, behavior, emotion, and memory retention using scientific methods including text mining algorithm and Lasswell 5W model analysis, combined with high-frequency word statistics and memory psychology theory, this paper quantifies the impact of slogans on audience cognition and behavior. The findings will provide theoretical support and practical recommendations for future improvements, thereby promoting collaborative governance in biosafety. In this study, biosafety communication slogans in M city and T county of L province were selected as the research object, and a total of 91 slogans were collected, and 74 effective data were obtained after data cleaning, with an effective rate of 81.32%. The results of the study showed that the high frequency word “prevention and control” ‘ (28.38%) significantly shaped the public cognitive framework, and the memory accuracy of 6–12 word slogans was 70%; the high proportion of official encouragement-type slogans and social mobilization-type slogans (47.30%) effectively guided the public’s biosafety prevention and control behaviors; and the high percentage of provincial and publicity slogans issued by municipal government departments (30%), by virtue of their high authority, and slogans issued by district and county governments and grass-roots organizations (70%), because of their close proximity to local culture and customs, together enhance the audience’s trust in and cooperation with biosafety prevention and control work. In addition, slogans that comply with the principle of simplicity and have a word count of 6–12 words are easier to be quickly understood and remembered by the audience, and the memorization effect is remarkable. The study concluded that biosafety publicity slogans had a positive impact on the cognitive, behavioral, emotional and memory effects of the audience. In order to further enhance the effect of biosafety publicity and audience influence, we should continue to give full play to the advantages of traditional media and explore the application of new media; focus on the precision and relevance of slogan content, as well as the diversity and adaptability of language styles; reasonably use official encouragement and social mobilization slogans; take into account the release of slogans of government departments at different levels; and follow the principle of simplicity and control the number of words in slogans.</p>
