Study and Modeling of the Effect of Speed of Thermal Drawinfg of Polypropylene Composite Fiber on Its Heating
摘要
A method of analytical study of polypropylene monofilament heating process during its thermal drawing in a tunnel furnace is described. A computer program was developed and tested in the MATLAB environment of numerical modeling of this process. It is shown that variation in the speed of fiber drawing affects the efficiency of its heating, i.e. the quality and efficiency of fiber processing.
