摘要

The mechanical properties of fibrous composites prepared by impregnation of nonwoven needle-punch cloth of polyacetal fibers by aqueous dispersions of polyurethane Akvapol-11 (OOO NPP Makromer im. V. S. Lebedeva, Vladimir) and Impranil DL 1380 (PRC) were studied. The effective modulus reflecting the resistance to stretching and the conditional tensile stress of the materials prepared by impregnation of cloth by dispersions of Akvapol-11 and Impranil DL 1380 reached the maximum values for degrees of impregnation 0.5 and 0.3, respectively. The effective modulus in the transverse direction of the material increased significantly to 20 MPa if the Impranil DL 1380 dispersion was used and to 52 MPa if the Akvapol-11 dispersion was used; to 15 and 20 MPa, respectively, in the longitudinal direction.
