<p>Promoting the coordinated development between agricultural new quality productive forces (ANQPF) and rural revitalization is a pivotal pathway for achieving agricultural as well as rural modernization. This research formulates an evaluation framework grounded in the connotation of ANQPF and rural revitalization. It employs a comprehensive adaptability model to measure the adaptability between the two at the provincial level in China from 2013 to 2022, applies social network analysis to characterize the features of their spatial correlation network, and adopts the GTWR model to explore its driving factors. The results show that: (1) Both ANQPF and rural revitalization exhibit a fluctuating and upward trend, but their spatial distribution is uneven. The magnitude of ANQPF and rural revitalization is relatively high in eastern as well as central areas. ANQPF is relatively high in main grain-producing regions, while rural revitalization is notably high in major grain-marketing regions. (2) The adaptability of ANQPF and rural revitalization shows an increasing trend and exhibits a spatially uneven distribution pattern. The adaptability is the highest in the central region and the major grain-producing regions, while it is relatively low in other regions. (3) Adaptability between ANQPF and rural revitalization presents a spatial correlation structure featured by multiple centers, multi-directional flows, and high connectivity, with the eastern region occupying a more core node position in the correlation network than the western region. (4) In terms of temporal change, all driving factors exhibit positive effects. While the impact of natural condition constraints continues to strengthen, other factors show a fluctuating downward trend. Substantial regional disparities exist in driving factors. The organizational and institutional foundation decreases from east to west, the agricultural labor structure weakens from northwest to southeast, and policy stability expectations decline from southwest to northeast. The fitting coefficients for agricultural risk resistance capacity and quality-certified agricultural product resources are positive, and natural condition constraints show a positive impact in most regions.</p>
