<p>In today’s VUCA environment, a large number of short-cycle risks and long-term risks are intertwined with each other, causing a lot of difficulties for the development of enterprises. Therefore, it requires organizations to improve organizational resilience to secure survival and achieve sustainable growth. In the face of increasingly complex challenges, digital transformation has become a “must” to cope with uncertainties and risks, and companies’ willingness to invest in digitalization continues to rise. However, regrettably, insufficient attention has been devoted to the significant topic of how digital transformation fosters heightened organizational resilience in an uncertain environment. Through the analysis of the data collected from 289 retail companies, this study delves into the impact of digital transformation in improving organizational resilience. The results show that digital transformation exhibits a significant positive facilitating effect in enhancing organizational resilience. In addition, both incremental and radical innovations, build a critical mediating link between digital transformation and organizational resilience. Further moderating effects reveal that environmental uncertainty significantly and positively moderates the relationship.</p>
