<p>In the digital age, technology-assisted language learning (TALL) has emerged as a pivotal approach to enhancing English linguistic skills among college students. This study explores the effectiveness of TALL innovations in enhancing English linguistic skills among college students. Employing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. 430 college students participated in the quantitative survey, while 50 students were interviewed to provide qualitative insights. The quantitative data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software, and the qualitative data were processed using Nvivo. The findings indicate a positive correlation between the use of language learning apps and improved comprehension of English phonetics. The integration of AI-driven grammar tools was found to enhance syntactic accuracy in student writing assignments. Regular use of interactive pronunciation software positively influenced students' spoken English fluency. Gamified vocabulary apps were associated with increased motivation and perseverance in learning English. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive examination of multiple TALL tools and their specific impacts on different aspects of language learning. By combining quantitative and qualitative methodologies, the research provides a holistic understanding of how various technological innovations contribute to language skill development. The study's findings underscore the transformative potential of TALL in modern education.</p>
