摘要

A new steroid, neofusicoccumone A (1), along with 11 known compounds (2–12), were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the solid fermentation of the endophytic fungus Neofusicoccum sp. CCT-Y4 (Botryosphaeriaceae), which was isolated from the plant Hedera nepalensis K. Koch (Araliaceae). Their structures were identified by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The antimicrobial activity showed that compound 5 demonstrated significant activity on Fusarium oxysporum Schltdl. (Nectriaceae)(60.3%) and Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissl. (Pleosporaceae) (64.0%).
