<p>The new C<sub>19</sub>-diterpenoid alkaloid 19-oxo-14-acetylbrowniine (<b>1</b>) and the alkaloid shawurensine for the first time were isolated from the plant <i>Delphinium oreophilum</i> collected in Jizzakh Region, Uzbekistan. The structure of the new alkaloid was elucidated using IR, 1D, and 2D NMR spectroscopy and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Compound <b>1</b> demonstrated high (78.6%) antioxidant activity for neutralization of DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radicals vs. ascorbic acid as a positive control.</p>
