Secondary Metabolites of Fruits of Coriandrum sativum
摘要
A new aminoglycoside, named 2-aminomethoxy-5-hydroxymethyl-1-methoxytetrahydro-2H-pyran-3,4-diol (corisatioside) (1) as well as four steroids, ergosterol (2), ergosterol peroxide (3), β-sitostenone (4), and stigmastanone (5); three lignans, (+)-sesamin (6), (+)-medioresinol (7), and (+)-lariciresinol (8); three benzenoids, p-hydroxybenzoic acid (9), benzoic acid (10), and p-coumaric acid (11); two flavonoids, sakuranetin (12) and 5,4′-dihydroxy-7,8-(2′′,2′′-dimethylpyrano)flavone (13) and one furanone, 3,4-dihydroxy-3-methyldihydro-2-furanone (14), were isolated from the MeOH extract of the fruits of Coriandrum sativum L. The structure of the new aminoglycoside was elucidated by chemical and physical evidence.
