摘要

Three new terpenoids 13 (two tigliane-type diterpenoids and one daucane sesquiterpenoid), along with six known terpenoids 4–9, were isolated from the aerial parts of Daphne pedunculata H. F. Zhou ex C. Y. Chang. The structures of three new terpenoids were elucidated through a combination of HR-ESI-MS, NMR spectroscopic techniques and the quantum ECD analysis. The in vitro cytotoxicity experiments indicated that compounds 6α,7α-epoxy-4β,5β,9α,13α,20-pentahydroxytigli-1-en-3-one 13-O-octanoate (2), 6α,7α-epoxy-5β-hydroxy-12-deoxyphorbol-13-decanoate (5), (23E)-cycloart-23-ene-3α,25-diol (8) exhibited moderate cytotoxic activities against A549, MDA-MB-231, and SW480 cell lines. Furthermore, compound 2 inhibited the growth of A549 cells in a concentration-dependent manner.
