摘要

Fruit of Styphnolobium japonicum (L.) Schott (syn. Sophora japonica L.) afforded the flavonoids known for this plant genistein, sophoricoside, genistin, genistein 4′-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside, and kaempferol 3-O-sophoroside and the new genistein 4′-O-rutinoside [genistein 4′-O-(6′′-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside], which was isolated for the first time. The chemical structures of the isolated phenolic compounds were studied using UV, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy; mass spectrometry; and chemical transformations.
