<p>A new isocoumarin derivative, namely stoloniferol Z (<b>1</b>), and four known compounds (<b>2</b>–<b>5</b>) were isolated from the desert-derived fungus <i>Aspergillus foeniculicola</i> H1-24. Their structures were determined by detailed analysis of 1D and 2D NMR and MS data. All the isolates were evaluated for cytotoxic activity. Compound <b>3</b> exhibited a certain degree of antitumor activity against C33A with IC<sub>50</sub> values of 29.26 μg/mL, compared to cisplatin (IC<sub>50</sub> = 18.81 μg/mL). The other compounds exhibited weak cytotoxic activity with IC<sub>50</sub> values ranging from 19.47 μg/mL to 81.96 μg/mL.</p>
