摘要

The molecular profile of membrane lipids from a tropical mollusk Tridacna sp. from the South China Sea is reported. The main molecular types of phospholipids contained primarily C16,18,20 monoenoic fatty acids (MUFAs). About 20 molecular types of ceramide aminoethylphosphonates were identified, among which molecular types with hydroxylated FAs 19:3b/16:0(OH), 19:3b/18:0(OH), and 18:2b/16:0(OH) dominated. High contents of membrane lipids from symbiotic dinoflagellates of 1,2-diacylglyceryl-sn-glycero-3-O-carboxy-(hydroxymethyl)-cholines with MUFAs were observed.
