<p>One new lupane triterpenoid, antieuphenone (<b>1</b>), along with seven known triterpenoids (<b>2–8</b>) and eleven steroids (<b>9–19</b>) were isolated from the twigs and leaves of <i>Euphorbia antiquorum</i>. Their structures were determined by 1D and 2D NMR data along with HR-ESI-MS. Except for compounds <b>4</b> and <b>8</b>, all others were obtained from this species for the first time as were the steroids.</p>
